Atsalea WinWin offers a financial platform for fair earnings distribution to support individual career growth

A fixed percentage of the monthly invoicing based on customer work is used for salary payment. Holiday bookings and indirect personnel costs are deducted (converted) from the gross salary, and the rest is paid as salary.

The share remaining with the company is used to pay for administrative services, occupational health services, tools and other purchased services. In addition, commissions for B2B business partners are paid from the company's share.

The holiday is paid according to the average earnings of the current holiday credit year (1.4.-31.3.).

A fixed salary ("guaranteed salary") is intended for a situation where the previous project has ended and a new one has not yet begun. Considering the nature of the activity, such a situation may one day occur.

FAIRSHARE means that the model raises total salary to the level it should be in.

TRANSPARENCY means that each party covered by the model knows exactly on which mechanism the financial income is divided between the two parties.
