- REGISTER NAME Atsalea CV Database
- PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA The register collects information that Atsalea needs in recruiting and forwarding employees and in creating and maintaining an employment relationship. An individual person can address an application for a targeted job or submit an open application, or they will be contacted using the executive search method. The collection of personal data is based on the consent given by the person. At the job applicant's own request, the data concerning him or her will be deleted immediately.
- DATA CONTENT OF THE REGISTER The name and surname, street address, postal code and place of business, date of birth, gender, telephone number, email address, education, qualifications, language skills, IT skills, work experience, wishes for the content of the job, period of notice, salary request, personal introduction, references, where the person got information about the Atsalea, contact details. Some of the information to be filled in is mandatory, some is voluntary.
- REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION The data in the register is collected from the person with his or her consent. The information collected from the person consists of their possible public profile, submitted application, CV, certificates and information generated during the interview.
- DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA The personal data of data subjects will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the data subjects. With the consent of the data subject, certain personal data necessary for the work tasks can be disclosed to Atsalea's client company, for whose open assignment the person is a candidate. The personal data in the register will not be disclosed or transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
- REGISTER PROTECTION The personal data stored in the register is collected in common databases that are protected by appropriate technical means. The register's server devices are stored in a locked space that can only be accessed by pre-defined persons. The computers on which the register is accessed are located in controlled facilities and are protected by passwords. The register is used with personal access rights defined by Atsalea, which have been defined at different levels. The right of use ends when the Atsalea employee leaves the tasks for which he or she has been granted the right of use. From the service providers involved in the maintenance and servicing of the system, Atsalea requires sufficient data protection and a commitment not to use register data.
- RIGHT OF ACCESS In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, they have the right to inspect the data concerning them in the register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to the controller's contact person. The data subject has the right to demand the rectification of incorrect data concerning him/her. The data in the register will be corrected with regard to personal data in accordance with the data subject's notification.
- OTHER RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA The registered person has the right to prohibit or revoke the use of the data for information, marketing or research purposes. The prohibition will be entered in the register.
