I am a versatile full-stack software developer with over 15 years of industry experience. With a Master's degree in IT and a BBA, I have contributed to various companies of different sizes both in the public and private sector in various industries.

As a perfectionist, I prioritize simple and elegant solutions that are easy to understand and maintain. Before diving into a task, I always aim to identify the underlying business need to deliver maximum value to both customers and the company.

I am passionate about communication and believe that regular discussions and meetings with team members and customers are crucial. These interactions bring fresh ideas and facilitate the exchange of valuable information, reducing unnecessary work and speeding up delivery.

While I primarily consider myself a technical expert, I also have experience working closely with customers, as well as in managerial and team lead roles. I am continually seeking to acquire new technical and non-technical skills and to enhance my existing ones.

I write and speak also fluent Finnish.
