We are an employee-owned digital development and project management service company founded in 2013.
We are now looking for a suitable person to join our team as a consultant to support our work with client assignments.
We are seeking for the role which combines hands-on development experience with proven Scrum Master expertise.
Detailed description of work task to be carried out
- Finland is the only location that will be considered for this role.
- Facilitate Scrum events
- Resolve impediments
- Coach developers and testers
- Work closely with the business Product Owner
- Drive relentless improvement in the team's processes
Must-have knowledge and experience
- 5 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe)
- Experience leading software development initiatives
- Excellent planner and organiser
- Skilled in visualising and reporting progress of the team's work
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- General technical / IT knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Can-do attitude
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience
- Banking experience
- Experience with Credit Customer Journeys
